Preston Letts » Owner

Preston Letts started his career in real estate in 2003 by investing in long term cashflow producing properties. During that time he and his father ran a successful boutique financial planning firm that catered to Chicago area families. In 2006 Preston sold his share of the firm and started Letts Investment Realty and Property Management. Preston enjoys sharing his knowledge and working with individuals on the acquisition of income producing real estate and the day to day management of it. Today his firm manages over 1500 units throughout the Chicago-Land area. He and his staff of over 35 work closely with their clients to run and manage not only the day to day operations of their buildings, but also their entire maintenance and construction needs. Preston’s unique approach to business strategies has made him an in demand entrepreneur, author, speaker, and real estate consultant. Preston is a member of the Chicago Apartment Association, National Apartment Association, National Association of Residential Property Managers, Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
