Thank you for letting us know that your home has a maintenance need. We have received your request and will begin the maintenance process as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile, here are a few quick reminders:

• We often must get permission from the owner before scheduling maintenance work. Please be patient as we communicate with the owner and wait for approval.
• Please be prepared for the maintenance appointment by:
  • Making sure an adult (18 years +) is present to give us access. Our staff will not enter if there is not an adult present.
  • Your dog is constrained or in a kennel.
  • We have a working key to your property.
    ***There is a $50 fee if you fail to meet one or more of these requirements.***
• - If the repair is related to damage caused by you or one of your visitors, you are responsible for the maintenance fees. If you have questions about this, please call 630-324-4267 x112 to speak with one of our maintenance coordinators.
